Role

Caroline's primary role is to work as the interface between our client's businesses and the development team at P1.  Caroline investigates and analyses in detail how the business or relevant functions operate and inter-relate.  Always looking for process-improvement opportunties, Caroline uses a number of techniques to capture and define top-level business requirements, vision a solution and produce a detailed enough specification for the development team to work from.  Caroline then works closely with the team through the project to ensure we deliver something of high value.  Caroline is the ultimate authority on application process and usability.  Caroline also works closely with John in a consultancy capacity and is P1's SharePoint expert.

Career History

Caroline completed a Degree in Systems Analysis and joined Intel in 1999.  During the following years Caroline worked in a wide variety of roles ranging through Systems Integration, Application Hosting and support to Business Analysis on wide range of business applications primarily serving Sales and Marketing functions.  Caroline has had experience of both enterprise solution deployment and bespoke development using Agile methods and has lots of experience in working in projects which span European and global locations and utilise offshore development teams.

Interests

Caroline has always been a swimmer and enjoys outdoor activities in general including cycling, hiking and more recently running.
