Role

Duncan's core role is to win new business for P1 and to oversee ongoing client relationships.  Duncan shapes the business' services and commercial proposition, dealing with all legals and agreements.  Duncan works closely with our Client Services Manager, Dan Simpson and our two lead consultants, Caroline and John.

Career History

Duncan completed an information systems degree in 1993 and joined a software house as a developer, becoming the Development Manager three years later.  Leaving to work for a leading offshore recruitment agency as IT Manager, Duncan broadened his commercial experience before deciding to become an independent IT contractor.  During his time as a contractor Duncan worked for BT, Norwich Union Investment Funds and Morley Fund Management gaining huge experience in high value projects.  In 2003, Duncan's entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found P1 with Greg and Jason.

Interests

Duncan is a regular at the P1 football games, enjoys watching motor sport and spends most of his spare time with his three young children.
