Dan Simpson

Role:

Dan Simpson is the Head of Client Services. He is the key relationship holder for all clients and works closely with the delivery team to allocate and prioritise delivery. Dan spends much of his time out of the office with our clients, allowing us to provide the best possible service and execution of business. He listens to client needs intently and maximises the potential in all customer relations.

Career History:

Dan’s career began at Lotus Cars in 2002 as a systems engineer. He later moved to Steria, a large European IT outsourcer in working on their Norwich City Council contract. Here Dan progressed into a role involving Server System Support and Development. Dan joined P1 in 2006 as a Server Support Specialist, over time taking on more of a client focused role which led to Dan taking up the position of Client Services Manager. Dan has recently been promoted to Head of Client Services. Dan combines a technical background with a passion for client service delivery which sees him constantly raising the bar to exceed client expectations.

Interests:

Dan's interests obviously include travelling, visiting new countries and experiencing different cultures - scuba diving wherever possible while abroad. While at home Dan enjoys spending his time watching and playing a bit of football and has recently started running to keep fit.
