Servers can be resource hungry. That is, maintaining the smooth running of your server platforms and systems can take a large amount of IT team resource. All support requests are managed by our Service Desk and we offer a response time of 15 minnutes, which is backed by an SLA.
Obviously the best plan is to prevent downtime and ServerGuard helps here too. As with our NetGuard service, the P1 team will proactively monitor systems to prevent failure, check disk space and general health, monitor and administer back-ups and install all security and service patches, to ensure peak performance. Most importantly providing these proactive services enables P1's team to get to know the technical configuration very well, so that when incidents are escalated, the knowledge is there to resolve the problem quickly.
The result is fewer issues to deal with, better IT-department productivity and more time for in-house IT staff to focus on end-user support, IT projects and management. ServerGuard is a partnership that works.
